Everything Stops for Tea or Party with a Difference
 At De Montfort we are true traditionalists, and what better pastime is there than to treat yourself to a relaxing and well deserved cup of tea?
Tradition, elegance, style, and relaxation are all synonymous
with the very English tradition of afternoon tea - as are delicate sandwiches, cakes, scones, petit fours, jam and lashings of
clotted cream. We have selected Twinings to supply our range of leaf teas, who have been selling tea since 1706; among there many followers were Charles II and Jane Austen! |
Small groups will be able to experience this pastime in the surrounds of River Avon and the Vale countryside, with white table-cloths and bone china cups and saucers.
Offerings will include at least 5 different flavours of tea, plus home-made scones, cup-cakes and sandwiches.
Prices start at 6.50p.p.for a minimum of 10 persons, and we would be delighted to prepare a cake made by our Chef Jamie Barnett to your own specifications for that Special Occasion
