There are several modes of transport to arrive at De Montfort Country Dining. Obviously by car; or horseback, walking, cycling or for the more gentle means in life by boat.

Our friendly neighbours at Offenham Park own the moorings and Karen and Craig welcome those travelling by narrow-boat or even a gondola to moor up over night at no charge.


Hours of operation

Tuesday/Friday 12noon - 230pm
& 6pm - 930pm
Saturday 12noon - 3pm & 7pm - 1000pm
Sunday 12noon - 3.30pm

Times may vary with the seasons.

The moorings are only a short stroll away from our front door. At only 4 miles an hour you should be able to view our restaurant from the river. However there will be a sign immediately adjacent to Offenham Park, which can be viewed above in smaller scale
